Check-in is at 2pm, while check-out is at 11am. If you remain in the room after check-out time, it is assumed that you want to extend your stay which will automatically result in additional fees.
Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas. Should the fire department respond to the activation of a fire detector, we must charge you a considerable fee in addition to a fine prescribed by the law for violation of smoking prohibition.
Pay attention to the noise you make and be considerate to other guests, especially with open windows and during the quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am and binding throughout the entire premises. Also, please be considerate to local residents on your way to the location. In case of conflict we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Severe and repeated harassments of other guests may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract, damage claims and a permanent ban.
We are pet friendly, so your small friends are welcome. Please ensure that they remain quiet and that they are on a leash when going to and from the room.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the public areas of each location could be monitored by video for your own safety.
Speaking of safety, please make note of the escape routes in case of fire and the location of the fire extinguishers. To prevent fires, it is forbidden to prepare warm meals and drinks in the rooms.
